Sorry for the delay in my response - your question on June's blog. I found Martha's balls link http://www.marthastewart.com/article/snowy-ornaments?rsc=also_try
These are fun to make I must admit & would be fun to make with kids if you had a place where you could get glue & glitter everywhere. They look nice at night. Enjoy!
Hi and thanks for visiting my Christmas tour. I got the little frames for the 'family tree' at BigLots a few years ago. There just plastic with no glass at all....but perfect for that little project. Good luck!
Fortunately we tend to encounter only minor illnesses, but I thought it would be interesting to keep track for a year of all of those little bugs our family seems to get... here's hoping it is a short list...
January 2, 2011 husband, me, oldest daughter and youngest daughter--- pink eye cost: $60 in eye drops
January 6, 2011 oldest daughter--- strep cost: $15 copay and $10 rx
January 19, 2011 oldest daughter---strep cost: $20 over the counters and $10 rx (ENT Appointment made for tosnilectomy)
January 20 &22 middle daughter-- mysterious recurring tummy bug w/fever
cost: had a CREDIT at the pediatrician's office! (bwahaha), so no copay (although we may get a bill later for the shot of antibiotic she got), 1 rx to get filled prednisone- $10, already had leftover albuterol from when she had RSV in Feb.
oh, and we also got the bill in the mail from oldest daughter's tonsillectomy... right at $1000... lovely.
Come follow me...
Getting to know me, getting to know all about me...
