One of my links over there (I'll come back once I remember who it was) posted about this program.
Since husband will be starting in the fall as a high school teacher, and one of his extra duties is to be the assistant cross country coach, I thought using this program might get the two of us in shape. He kinda' has to do it, and fairly quick. I figure being the cross country coach's wife would be better if I were somewhat fit. Not to mention, my 10 year high school reunion is next month and I'm not at all happy with what shape I'll be attending it in. Sigh.
So, if you have opinions or inspiration on why I need to get my butt off my couch more often, feel free to comment me =)
